WORKING TOGETHER
A clear scope.
An agreed next step.
1. Choose a package and enquire
Choose a package to preselect it in the enquiry form. Send a brief overview of your challenge. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking, create an obligation to buy or take a payment.
2. Confirm suitability and available information
Lee reviews suitability, available records, scope and availability. The initial suitability call is free, up to 20 minutes. Its purpose is to confirm whether the service fits; it is not a free audit.
3. Accept a written scope
You receive the agreed scope, deliverables, fee, VAT treatment, payment terms and delivery dates in writing. We also agree responsibilities, confidentiality arrangements and any cancellation or rescheduling terms before work begins. Supply only information you are authorised to share through the agreed channel. The service does not include access to Openreach internal systems or privileged escalation channels.
4. Receive a payment request
After scope acceptance, payment is requested through a configured external payment provider. This site does not collect card details, verify payment completion or mark enquiries as paid. If payment setup is not yet available, the enquiry can still progress while scope is agreed; no checkout is offered until the final payable amount is clear.
- Health checks and assurance reviews: payment upfront after scope acceptance.
- Recovery sprints: 50% upfront and 50% when the agreed deliverables are supplied. A starting price is not an amount to pay automatically; the final price and scope are confirmed after reviewing the available information.
- Retainers: monthly in advance, under a monthly agreement with 30 days’ notice to end. This website does not create a subscription or automatic recurring charge. Any future recurring payment arrangement would require separate configuration and customer acceptance.
- Extra work: written agreement before starting or incurring extra charges.
5. Deliver and review the agreed work
We commit to the agreed analysis, actions, deliverables and reviews. The recovery sprint’s two-week period is the consultancy engagement window, not a guarantee that orders will complete within two weeks. Outcomes controlled by contractors, permissions and other third parties are not guaranteed.
Time allowances and changes
Preparation, analysis, meetings and reporting are included within the agreed consultancy time. The retainer’s eight hours include its two review meetings, workstack prioritisation, escalation advice, document reviews, emails and monthly action summary. It does not include unlimited support, emergency availability or automatic rollover of unused hours. Additional deliverables, additional work or material scope changes need written agreement before extra charges arise.
Fees and VAT
Displayed service fees are before any applicable VAT. Your written quote confirms VAT treatment and the final payable amount. No VAT is automatically added by this website. Where VAT status remains unconfirmed, direct checkout stays disabled.
